Mostly by mouth, just remember I was a American starting a business in another country tring to get the people to trust me and respect my way to provied services to their homes and business. I did this by example (if I had a ditch to dig, I wound dig some first to show that I was not any better than them!) My Way of thinking is I will never ask you to do something I have not done myself!

Our mission is to provide a total computer solution for businesses. This includes networking for printer and file sharing, redundant backup of critical company files, shared internet and e-mail access, and the opportunity to conduct business with a world-wide audience via the Internet.

President of CID William Soughers is the CEO of CID International, owner and operator of CID Computer & Internet Services and CID Hosting (Internet and Commerce Service Provider for Baja Calif. and San Diego Calif.). As founder of the company, he is an integral part of a professional team that services over 150 businesses in the Baja Calif. and San Diego Calif. area and over 600 individuals who depend upon CID for computer and Internet services. CID International focuses on website hosting, website design, and web marketing.

Mr. Soughers is responsible for overseeing the direction of the company and depends heavily on a competent and reliable staff to do what sometimes seems impossible and always seems like too much. Mr. Soughers is also a published writer under the pen name, "Doc" He has appeared on numerous news shows on local and regional television broadcasts and submits monthly/weekly articles to publications such as , Tech Connected and Computor Monthly.


1988 we Started repairs and renting of Ice Machines in Baja Calif.


1989 We Started servicing commercial Referigening in all parts of Mexico.


1989 we Started the manufacturing and delearving of bagged Ice. In Rosarito, Baja Calif.


1990 we designed our first water purifying system with ultraviolet and ozone made with PVC, quarts, and stainless steel sheeting.


1991 we started the manufacturing and delearving of purified bottled water.


1992 with progress and advancement of home Computers and the programs Netscape 4.6 learning web designing. Graphic Design with CorelDraw and Photoshop.


1989 after a number of problems of servers crashing, no server backups and long delays with getting back online with other web hosting companies.


We decided to start hosting our own hosting servers and in 1999 we started running our own Linux Web hosting servers with raid and weekly backups. Since then if went down we would be back up in less then 5 hours. Always having backup parts in stock!!! And never losing any information from the websites!!!

That’s why when we tell you something, You can count on us to do what we say!!!


We are family owned and operated. My Daughter (Maria) and Myself (William)’Doc’ and our Employees have vary high standards.
